These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agent-Intel.io website and the AgentEdge software platform (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Agent-Intel.io ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions include a per-month tool usage allotment as displayed on the Subscribe page. Free trial accounts include limited use of each tool as indicated in your Dashboard.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Cancel page or by contacting support@agent-intel.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any text, photos, or other materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content as needed to provide the Service, including transmitting it to third-party AI providers that generate the deliverables you request.
Deliverables produced by the Service ("Output") are generated by artificial-intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that requires editing before use. You are solely responsible for reviewing Output before using it with clients, in marketing, or in any public-facing context. We make no warranty that Output is accurate, fit for purpose, or compliant with any specific law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Agent-Intel.io and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription. Output you generate using your own inputs may be used freely for your real estate business.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, AI model providers, cloud storage). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT-INTEL.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent-Intel.io and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
