Agent-Intel.io ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Agent-Intel.io website and the AgentEdge platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email, phone number, password (stored securely), brokerage, website, profile photo, logo, and trusted vendor contacts you choose to add.
• Subscription & billing data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Tool inputs — the text, photos, addresses, client names, and other content you submit to generate deliverables.
• Usage data — which tools you use and when, used for trial limits, billing, and product improvement.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device info, and standard server logs collected automatically when you visit the Service.
• Cookies & session data — we use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Generate the deliverables you request (which may involve sending tool inputs to third-party AI model providers);
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Send you transactional email (e.g., the deliverables themselves, password resets, account notifications);
• Monitor usage to enforce trial limits and prevent abuse;
• Improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.

3. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service, including payment processors (Stripe), AI model providers, email/SMTP delivery, cloud hosting, and cloud storage;
• Legal & safety recipients if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agent-Intel.io, our users, or others;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. AI Model Providers

To generate deliverables, we transmit your tool inputs (including text, addresses, and photos) to third-party AI model providers. We choose providers that contractually agree not to use customer inputs for general model training. You should not submit sensitive personal information about clients (e.g., financial account numbers, government IDs, medical info) through tool forms.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Tool inputs you submit are retained only as long as needed to deliver the requested output, plus a short window for support and quality monitoring.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including HTTPS in transit, secured cloud infrastructure, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Update your profile information at any time from the My Profile page;
• Cancel your subscription via the Cancel page;
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@agent-intel.io;
• Opt out of non-essential email by following unsubscribe links (transactional email such as deliverables and account notices cannot be opted out of while your account is active).

If you are a California, EU, UK, or other resident with rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR), contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Agent-Intel.io is operated from the United States. By using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to and processing in the United States.

10. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and core functionality. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers allow you to reject cookies, but the Service may not function correctly without them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
